Winter Season 1st December to 31st March A/C Deluxe Rooms - INR 9,750
Normal Season 1st August to 30th November A/C Deluxe Rooms - INR 7,950
Summer Season 1st April to 31st July A/C Deluxe Rooms - INR 5,950

 

Above tariffs includes accommodation and breakfast. Taxes as applicable.

 

 

The Tariff is valid upto 31st March 2013 and includes accommodation on single/double occupancy, breakfast in the restaurant. Tariff is subject to change without notice. Plus taxes as applicable. Extra Person charges is INR 2000 for adult, INR 1250 for kids between 12 to 18 years and INR 500 for children from 5 to 12 Yrs plus taxes. No Charges for children below 5 Yrs. Reservations are confirmed on an advance payment of 100% of the total room charges. Check In is 13.00 hrs & Check Out time is 11.00 hrs. 20% peak season supplement from 15th December 2012 to 02nd January 2013. Payments: Cash, Demand Drafts, Master and Visa Credit Cards are accepted.


Refund & Cancellation Policy
Reservations are guaranteed with an advance payment. Cancellation of a reservation between 30 days to 15 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation by the hotel(s). In case of no show or cancellation within 14 days of arrival, will incur a cancellation charge for the entire length of stay. The house names may vary depending on the availability Payment gateway/credit card/fee as applicable levied for all cancellations.


In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an Agreement between the Guest(s) and Tanjore Hi Hotel (hereinafter called Management) under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s) 1. Tariff: The tariff for the room is inclusive of breakfast in the restaurant and taxes. All other meals and beverages are extra. Mineral Water is not a part of any meal. Guest registration forms should be filled in at the time of arrival. 2. Settlement of Bills: Bills must be settled on presentation. Personal cheques are not accepted. 3. Company's Lien On Guest's Luggage and Belongings: In case of default in payment of dues by a Guest, the Management shall have the lien on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same, and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriated towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the Managements rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required. 4. Departure: Check out time is 1100 Hrs. Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extensions would be given depending on the availability. If the room is available normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry of the period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the guest. 5. Luggage Storage: Subject to availability of storage space, the guest can store luggage in the Luggage Room, at the Guest's sole risk as to the loss or damage from any cause. Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 7 days. 6. Guest Belongings: Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or when going to bed. For the convenience of the guest electronic safe lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss and or damage to the guest's belongings or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage. 7. Hazardous Goods: Bringing goods and or storing of raw or exposed cinema films or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and or prohibited goods and or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guest, invitees, visitors, agents and servants for all loss financially or as a result of the Guest's own negligence and non-observance of any/all instructions. 8. Damage to Property: The Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotels property caused by themselves, their guests or any person from whom they are responsible. 9. Management's Right: It is agreed that the Guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises. The Management has the right to request any guest any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the Guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest and the Guest's luggage and belongings from the room, occupied by him/her. 10. Relationship Between Management and Guest: Nothing here above shall constitute or be deemed to constituent, or create any tendency or sub-tendency or any other right or intrest in the hotel premises or any part or portion thereof, in favor of any Guest or residents or visitors and the management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the hotel premises. 11. Guest Visitors: Visitors for resident guest are not allowed in Guest Rooms. In case you wish to entertain your visitor you may do so in the restaurant. 12. Government Rules and Regulations and Application of Laws: Guest are requested to observe, abide by conform to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government Rules and Regulations in force from time to time. The Management Reserves to itself the right to add to or alter or amend any of the above terms and conditions and rules which are a part and an abstract of the lodging act.
